Position Overview
Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, the Batching Technician is primarily responsible for batching, blending and preparing raw ingredients according to product formulas and required processing standards. This position is also responsible for ensuring that product is processed to the highest standards of quality, safety and efficiency.
This role works 12 consecutive days with 2 days off. Starting pay for Batching Technicians is $20 per hour, and they are eligible for a $1/hr raise after 90 days on the team as well as earning a 5% shift premium for work on 2nd or 3rd shifts.
This very physical role is responsible for accurately managing recipes and products, lifting and moving containers of ingredients and working as a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment that maybe wet and warm.
